Zane Saba grew up in the Wairarapa and his passion for food has now extended to the Chef on Demand catering business. Zane's philosophy is to offer fantastic, fresh, great tasting food which utilises the best produce the Wairarapa has to offer.
We offer various styles of catering from an intimate dinner party at home for two, to a large wedding buffet.
We understand that no two weddings or functions are the same and as such we like to meet clients and discuss their requirements then design a menu to suit. With over twelve years experience catering in establishments such as Boomrock, Cafe Cecile and now Gladstone Vineyard, Zane will design a fantastic menu for your perfect day.
