Welcome to Circus
Martinborough's boutique Cinema, Bar and Cafe
We offer a wide range of Arthouse films in a relaxed and intimate environment. We have a licensed cafe and bar with a delicious menu at affordable prices. Our cinema seating has been custom designed for you to enjoy the cafe / bar offerings during the film. Bar offerings include a selection of local wine and imported beer.

Special Events $10 Pizza Night. Every wednesday from 3.0pm. (price is for dine in only)
$10 Film night. Every thursday.
Circus Club night. Every 2nd thurdsday of the month for club circus members. Nibbles will be served from 6.0pm with the film starting at 6.30pm.

Opening Times
Circus Cafe / Bar opening hours are 2.30 pm till late from Wednesday to Sunday. Check out our new summer menu with a selection of salads, pasta and curry dishes.

Venue Hire
Circus has been designed with unlimited flexibility for private hire. You can hire either one of the two theatres (49 and 33 seats) or the entire complex for larger groups. Catering and entertainment can be arranged to suit your needs.

Location
You will find us at 34 Jellicoe Street, Martinborough, New Zealand (click on Map icon above) one block from the square heading south towards Lake Ferry. Martinborough is approx 1 hr 15 mins east of Wellington and 15mins south of Greytown.
