Graduating from the school of fashion and design in the early 70s I spent many years in the fashion industry.

The arrival of children lured the family back to my Wairarapa roots in 1986.

A spark already ignited in garden design saw several years spent designing and nurturing a large country garden. The historic 1868 Masterton Courthouse was relocated to this garden setting and restored as accommodation. Its success saw the garden and courthouse featured in many publications, including the NZ House & Garden in the April 1997 issue.

A desire to build saw the family purchase land in rural Greytown in 2005 and it was during the interior design stage that a gap in the market presented itself.
