We undertake all forms of architectural design and draughting work

Premier Design offers a total design and draughting service for your building needs. If you come to us with your own ideas we do not push OUR ideas for YOUR building project but rather give you the guidance to achieve the building that best suits your requirements. We are, of course, more than happy to help with the conceptual design if you are in need of inspiration!

We guarantee you a hassle free process in obtaining your Building Consent because our documentation contains all the necessary drawings, specifications, bracing calculations etc to comply with the Building Act. We are able to undertake the additional special designs that you may require such as septic tank systems, structural design, foundation design and fire safety design.

PREMIER Design has been a finalist in the house of the year five times and designed the winning house of the year in 1997.
