Wairarapa Addiction Service Incorporated (WASI) was formed following the closure of Totara House at 20 Victoria Street, Masterton, New Zealand and formed what is now the community AOD (Alcohol & Other Drugs) service in 1993. Totara House offered residential AOD programmes to people throughout New Zealand.

Over the last six years Wasi has increased its profile throughout the region and now offers a full range of specialist addiction services to all people of Wairarapa.

If you, a friend, colleague, or family member has a problem with alcohol or other drugs or gambling WASI can support and help you deal with this

After hours there is an answering service and if you leave a name and contact number a Counsellor will return your call.

We welcome you to call in personally to Totara House (Home of WASI) to make further enquiries and/or arrange an appointment.
