Demand for organic products is growing at a breathtaking speed! It is currently growing faster than any other market in the world - including the software market.
Wairarapa Organics was formed mid-2000 by a group of Wairarapa organic growers, retailers and consumers. This group recognised the need to improve access to the knowledge and skills necessary for successful organic food production and marketing. Wairarapa Organics also aims to present the benefits of organic products to the people of the Wairarapa convincingly. Wairarapa Organics is a non-profit incorporated Society.
This site features a noticeboard on which we will post details of any certified organic produce available, or required, in the Wairarapa. If you would like to use this service, please email us with your contact details and the produce required or for sale. Initially there will be no charge for this service.
Members of WO are prominent stall-holders at the Wairarapa Farmers Market.
